Postage Discounts on Daily Mail
 
You can save money on your daily outgoing mail.  A 9% postage reduction can make a big budget difference, especially when no additional costs are involved.  Early Express is Dayton's ONLY First Class Mail presort service bureau. We can reduce your postage costs with our state of the art barcoding machine.   

Who's Eligible:
  • Companies with over 500 letter size pieces at one time  
  • Companies with over 250 letter size pieces every day
Here's how it works:
  • Rather than affixing $ .41 for the postage, you affix $ .373 (or we can meter your mail for you).  We pickup or you can have courier bring to us.  We affix a barcode and sort the mail according to postal regulations.
  • We submit to the Postal Service the same or next day depending on your desired pickup/delivery time. 
  • There is no charge to barcode and sort the mail.  The Postal Service actually pays us.  You retain the entire 9% savings!
